Austrian 75

• 1 1/2 ounce of gin
• 3/4 ounce elderflower liquor
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1 dash of orange bitters
• 3-4 ounces of champagne

Edelweiss: that's what makes it Austrian. The very nice bartender, Kate, at Pizzaiolo makes this and it has become a staple for the St. Germaine. Possibly my favorite French 75 variation.
